Sale Terms
All sales are final. Sorry,
but we do not give refunds. The wig factory does not give
refunds, so we would have to "eat" the cost of every
wig or wig product returned to us if we gave refunds.
Customized Wigs
Some of our customers ask if
we can cut and style their wigs for them. Some wigs require a
little shaping here and there to remove stray or scraggly hairs
(all wigs have them). We have an expert, licensed hair stylist
with almost 20 years of experience who can do this for an additional
charge of $50 per wig. We will do our best to accommodate your
needs, but we cannot be held liable for any problems encountered
with your customized wigs. We strongly suggest that you make
an in-person appointment with us so we can cut and style your
wig to fit your face perfectly. In lieu of an in-person appointment,
we will ask you for various head measurements to assist us in
the customization. All sales are final on customized wigs.
Defective Products
If you feel that the wig you
received is defective, please contact us immediately (within
5 days of receipt). You will be given a Return Authorization
Code and upon receipt of the wig in question, we will examine
it. We reserve the right to determine the defect and if we agree
that the wig is indeed defective, you will be given credit toward
a replacement along with the return shipping costs. The item
will be replaced with an item of the same style and color at
no charge. There is no restocking fee on defective items, but
please keep in mind that we do a thorough inspection of all wigs
before they are sent to you. We inspect for broken bands, imperfections,
and loose or damaged hair. Since we get these products fresh
from the factory, we do not anticipate any problems, but we will
notify you in such cases to minimize potential frustrations.
Defective products must be
returned to us within 5 days of your receipt of a Return Authorization
Code. Under no circumstances will we accept returns more than
10 days after the date of invoice.
Price Changes
All prices are subject to change
without notice. Please refer to our Web site for the most current
prices.
Payments and Deposits
We require payment in advance
before shipping any merchandise.
Credit Card Orders
Credit cards are accepted through
the CCNow payment processing system. To save 2%, please inquire
as to how to send your payment via PayPal.
Personal Checks
We hold orders until the check
has cleared the bank. If the check is not received by us within
14 days after placing the order, the order will become inactive
and products held will be put back in inventory.
Cashier's Checks and Money Orders
These are treated the same
as cash and merchandise is shipped as soon as possible (subject
to the availability of the merchandise).

Domestic Shipping
Our normal method of shipping
within the United States is by USPS Priority Mail. If we receive
your order by 3:00 pm Eastern Time, we will usually ship the
same day if the item is in stock. If the item has to be ordered
from the factory, delivery may take 7 to 10 days. Priority Mail
delivery is usually made in about 2 to 3 working days from the
date of shipping. We can also ship via FedEx for an additional
charge. Please contact us for details.
Overseas Orders
APO and FPO addresses are treated
as domestic mail, except for the addition of customs declaration.
We currently do not take or ship orders outside of the United
States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico.
Delivery of Unstyled Wigs
All shipments within the United
States are sent via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation
which does not require a signature. Delivery Confirmation is
our proof of delivery.
Time Requirements for Styled Wigs
Because of the large number
of orders we receive for professionally styled wigs, there is
a 3 day wait on styled orders. We apologize for the waiting time,
but we spend considerable time on each wig to make sure that
you will be pleased with your new hair. We work seven days a
week to accommodate everyone and we think that you will find
the end result worth the wait.
Privacy
We understand that most people
do not want to advertise to the world that they wear wigs. Your
privacy is always respected and there is never anything on the
outside of your package that indicates that there is a wig inside.
Wigs are normally shipped in
a generic USPS Priority Mail box with a return address label
that says "C. Din" along with our mailing address.
Any information that you give
us is held in the strictest of confidence and your name is never
sold or made available to mailing lists or any other source.
