The Hall of Fame Board allows contestants to compare their scores with the scores of past and future contestants. Strict rules were implemented to keep scoring fair and impartial. Special infraction rules were implemented to prevent contestants from sabotaging each other's chances.

The following entertainers did not show up at an Allstates Midatlantic pageant and are not to be allowed to perform in any local, state, or regional Allstates Midatlantic pageants until April 2006.

All promoters are instructed to refuse entry to these entertainers for any pageants that might be held. This restriction applies for one year from the date of the Allstates Midatlantic pageant and applies to the Allstates Midatlantic system. If there are any questions, they should be addressed to the Philadelphia office.
