Awesome Makeovers Checklist -- The Night Before

On the night before your makeover appointment, be sure to take care of the following:

Start assembling the outfit you wish to wear during your makeover session. If you are bringing a women's suit, you may wish to carry it in a garment bag so it lays or hangs as flat as possible.
Separates, such as tops and bottoms, should be folded neatly to prevent wrinkles.
Pantyhose and underwear should be kept in a plastic bag (or in their original containers) to prevent snags.
Shoes should be kept in padding to prevent scuffing. Wrapping them in an old tee shirt should do the trick.
Jewelry and small accessories should be kept in a box to keep them together.
Wigs and breast forms should be kept in their original boxes for safe transport.

If you are bringing your own things, remember:

Don't forget your breast forms! I have a pair you can use for the session if needed.
Don't forget your shoes! Bring more than one pair if you wish.
Don't forget your wig! Bring more than one so I can create different looks in your pictures.

On the day of the makeover, be sure to take care of the following:

Shave all facial hair and any areas of your body (chest, arms, legs) that may be exposed.
(optional) Trim your eyebrows of any stray hairs to keep them looking neat and tidy.
Use a toothbrush to gently scrub away any excess skin on your lips. That way I will have a smooth surface to work with during the makeover.
Gather all of the items you wish to bring to the makeover session. Bring any items you feel will help you feel more relaxed during your makeover session (e.g. lucky charms, books, magazines, your favorite clothing items).
Awesome Makeovers is a smoke-free and drug-free environment. Please refrain from smoking or drug use during your makeover session.

We will provide you with beverages (soda, juice, or water) during your visit.

Relaxation is the key to a successful makeover. Leave your worries behind and treat the makeover experience as a mini-vacation!
